Julia Hallisey is Head of Corporate Development and Strategy for Venn Therapeutics, where she oversees funding strategy and corporate growth initiatives. Prior to joining Venn, 

Ms. Hallisey served as Director of Strategy and Finance for Proclaim, an early-stage healthcare data science company specializing in natural language processing.

 

Previously Ms. Hallisey had an advisory practice focused on growth companies in life science and biotech involved in disease diagnostics, drug discovery, and precision medicine. From 2006 to 2011, she established and led Investor Relations post IPO for a $2.4 billion global specialty finance company, Aircastle (NYSE: AYR). Earlier in her career, Ms. Hallisey worked at leading investment banks and asset management firms including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and PGIM. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Smith College.
